We want you and your family to love your SafeNest SOS Button. Your purchase is covered by our 30-day guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.

 

Setup help

If you have trouble connecting the base to your Wi-Fi or the Smart Life app, email us with your order number and we will walk you through it. Remember that SafeNest works with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.

 

Refunds

If it doesn't work with your home Wi-Fi, or she doesn't get used to wearing it after at least 7 days of use, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help with an exchange or a refund.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.

 

How to start a return

Email orders.supportteam@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong. We will reply with the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
