Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Prices and availability may change without notice. SafeNest requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and a smartphone with the free Smart Life app; please check this before ordering.

 

Orders

We may cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

 

Use of products

The SafeNest SOS Button is a personal alert device that rings a base at home and sends a notification to linked phones when the button is pressed. It is not a medical device or a monitored alarm service. It does not call 911 or emergency services, has no GPS and does not detect falls on its own. Alerts depend on Wi-Fi, power and the phones' internet connection. In an emergency, always call 911.
